透明感のある香りと甘さ
和紅茶とは、緑茶を作るのと同じ葉を紅茶にしたもので、製茶の工程が緑茶作りとは異なり、発酵させることが大きく違う工程になります。
「おくみどり」は品種名です。
煎茶では、濃厚なうま味と海苔のような香りが特徴です。
上級煎茶として、加工されることが多い品種です。

茨城県さしま茶の産地で品種の持つ可能性を和紅茶として引き出す紅茶作りから生まれた逸品和紅茶です。

透明感のある甘味にほんのりスパイシーな香りが加わりとても繊細な味わいです。
水色も美しく、リーフの開いた様子も目で楽しむことができます。
紅茶だけでももちろんのこと、お菓子と一緒に、おもてなしにも重宝する和紅茶です。
