「せいめい」は品種の名前です。
2017年に品種として公表された比較的新しい品種です。まだ成木も少なく、収量はごく僅かです。
★抹茶用に改良された品種だけに、粉末にしてもまるで抹茶のような濃厚さとうま味、甘味、ミルキーさがあります。
★水色は抹茶のように鮮やかです。
★石臼引きのとても細かい粒子です。
★茶筅でたてても美味しくいただけます。
★普段用のお茶にもおもてなしにもお使いいただける上品な味わいです。
★お湯を注ぎかき混ぜるだけでサッと美味しいお茶がいれられます。
★アイスは少量の湯で溶いてから水や氷をプラス。
★スイーツ作りにもお使いいただけます。
